Key Responsibilities

Strategic Learning Design & Delivery

  • Architect and execute multi‑modal learning experiences—including instructor‑led workshops, virtual classrooms, self‑paced e‑learning, and experiential simulations—that align with arenaflex’s mission and leadership principles.
  • Develop curriculum for new‑hire onboarding, continuous skill‑upgrading, and specialized transfer programs, ensuring each module is grounded in adult‑learning theory and measurable outcomes.
  • Facilitate live training sessions, both in‑person and via video conferencing platforms, creating an engaging environment that encourages participation, retention, and real‑world application.

Performance Management & Coaching

  • Partner with operational leaders to identify performance gaps through quantitative metrics (KPIs, quality scores) and qualitative feedback (surveys, focus groups).

Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Learning Experience team, collaborating with cross‑functional partners—including Operations, Quality Assurance, and Workforce Management—to align training initiatives with business priorities.
  • Lead improvement projects that target key performance indicators such as first‑contact resolution, average handling time, and customer satisfaction, delivering actionable recommendations and tracking implementation progress.
  • Coordinate and host “chime” sessions, classroom workshops, and virtual town halls to disseminate updates, share best practices, and reinforce arenaflex’s core values.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain comprehensive learning dashboards in Excel and advanced analytics tools, providing real‑time visibility into training completion rates, coach certifications, and performance trends.
  • Produce executive‑level reports that translate complex data into clear narratives, supporting strategic decision‑making and resource allocation.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering training programs in a corporate or contact‑center environment.
  • At least 1 year of direct experience in customer service or a closely related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of frontline dynamics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and familiarity with instructional design software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar).
