The CS Technology team, a critical pillar within the CS organization, builds and maintains the tools, platforms, and data pipelines that enable our support agents to deliver world‑class experiences at scale. As the Senior Product Manager – Customer Service Platform Innovation & Member Management Strategy, you will shape the future of the member management enterprise platform, driving strategic roadmaps, championing cross‑functional collaboration, and delivering tangible improvements that directly impact both members and the agents who serve them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the member management platform, encompassing feature development, API design, data pipelines, and integrations with third‑party solutions.
  • Requirement Capture & Prioritization: Work closely with CS functional leads, design, engineering, data science, and analytics teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and prioritize them against technical feasibility and market impact.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional CS teams to understand nuanced support expectations across different markets, ensuring the platform adapts to local language, regulatory, and service‑specific requirements (e.g., Streaming, Games, Live Experiences, Ads).
  • Delivery Management: Guide product development through agile ceremonies, coordinate with engineering and data science partners, and manage relationships with external vendors or consulting firms to guarantee timely, high‑quality releases.
  • Risk & Dependency Mitigation: Identify potential roadblocks early, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • Continuous Improvement: Leverage analytics, member feedback, and agent insights to iterate on the platform, driving measurable enhancements in satisfaction, resolution time, and operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience delivering consumer‑facing or internal enterprise products.
  • Demonstrated deep understanding of the Customer Service and contact‑center industry, including workflows, KPIs, and technology stacks.
  • Hands‑on experience with member management solutions—whether built in‑house or integrated via third‑party providers.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, globally distributed environments, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills with a track record of managing complex, high‑visibility projects under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities; capable of crafting clear memos, compelling presentations, and building trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated leadership without formal authority—able to influence, motivate, and align cross‑functional teams toward shared goals.
  • Data‑driven decision‑making combined with strong judgment; comfortable balancing quantitative insights with qualitative intuition.

  • Exposure to entertainment‑industry services such as streaming media, interactive gaming, or ad‑supported content.
  • Track record of partnering with external vendors, consulting firms, or third‑party technology providers to deliver joint solutions.

Compensation, Perks, & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive total compensation package that reflects market benchmarks and individual expertise. While the primary component is an annual salary, you have the flexibility to allocate a portion of your compensation toward stock options, aligning your success with the company’s long‑term growth.

  • Salary Range: $160,000 – $390,000, calibrated based on experience, skill set, and market data.
  • Equity Participation: Ability to choose the mix of salary versus stock options each year.
