We are seeking a driven and intellectually curious Senior Data Insights Analyst to join our growing organization. In this remote-friendly position, you will play a critical role in shaping how data is productized—from early-stage concept development through to large-scale deployment. You will work with some of the richest datasets in the industry, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence decisions that affect how the world’s leading retailers, brands, and suppliers operate.

As a Senior Data Insights Analyst, you will help pioneer ad-hoc product analysis and build critical data solutions to better understand a customer. You will support the product supervisory team in expanding our portfolio of customer-centric products by identifying and evaluating new product opportunities and proposing flexible, scalable solutions. You will have access to vast global datasets, allowing you to perform deep, meaningful analysis. Your insights will influence strategic decisions that impact how the entire organization operates—and you will do so at an extraordinary scale.

In this role, you will be part of a larger group focused on “Know Your Customer” initiatives, working closely with our partners in Global Technology, Data Governance, and various other product teams across arenaflex.

• You are proficient in languages used to manipulate data and extract insights from large datasets (SQL, Python, and similar tools).

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Cleaning and preparing data for analysis by removing errors, identifying outliers, and transforming data into formats that can be effectively analyzed.
• Investigating data and exploring it for insights using statistical methods to test hypotheses, identify trends, and make predictions.
• Generating code primarily in Python to automate analysis, build models, and streamline workflows.
• Approaching problems logically and making informed decisions based on data.
• Ensuring accuracy in data analysis with meticulous attention to detail, recognizing inconsistencies or errors in data.
• Clearly communicating findings—both written and orally—to non-technical stakeholders, including creating dashboards and reports that convey insights using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Developing solutions to business problems using data-driven approaches.
• Collaborating with developers, engineers, and management leaders, understanding their needs, and providing them with meaningful data insights.
• Understanding the ethical implications of data use, storage, and analysis, particularly regarding privacy and security.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python. Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing environments.
• Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to perform exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and statistical modeling.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear business narratives.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with at least one data visualization platform such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Domain Experience: Prior work in retail, e-commerce, financial services, or a similar data-rich industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and predictive modeling techniques.
• Background in B2B product analytics or customer intelligence initiatives.
• Track record of building data products from concept through production deployment.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.
