Position Overview

We are hiring Licensed Life and Health Insurance Agents as well as Unlicensed Individuals who are willing to become licensed with our guidance and support. As an agent with arenaflex, you will work remotely from anywhere in the country, providing life insurance information, quotes, and policy solutions exclusively to consumers who have already reached out to us requesting assistance. There is no cold calling, no bugging friends and family, and no sleazy sales tactics. Instead, you will be working with warm, qualified leads — real people who have actively asked for someone to help them navigate the insurance process.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with the flexibility to work part-time or full-time, depending on your lifestyle and income goals. Many of our agents start part-time while maintaining other commitments and gradually scale up as they build confidence and momentum. Others dive in full-time from day one. Either path is welcome at arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Pre-Qualified Leads: Connect with individuals who have already requested information about life insurance policies and provide them with accurate, helpful, and timely guidance.
  • Educate Consumers: Clearly explain the various life and health insurance products available, including term life, whole life, universal life, and additional coverage options, helping each prospect make an informed decision based on their unique needs.
  • Provide Personalized Quotes: Assess client needs, gather necessary information, and generate competitive quotes from our network of top-rated insurance carriers.
  • Guide Applicants Through the Process: Walk customers through the application, underwriting, and approval process with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain Carrier Relationships: Work directly with multiple insurance carriers to ensure seamless policy placement, timely commission tracking, and excellent customer service post-sale.
  • Participate in Ongoing Training: Attend training sessions, mentorship calls, and skill-building workshops to continuously improve your knowledge of products, sales techniques, and industry regulations.
  • Build Your Book of Business: Develop lasting client relationships and grow a sustainable portfolio that can generate recurring commission income for years to come.
  • Operate with Integrity: Adhere to all state and federal insurance regulations, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and consumer protection.

Essential Qualifications

  • For Licensed Candidates: A valid Life and Health Insurance License in your state of residence (or willingness to obtain one in additional states).
  • For Unlicensed Candidates: A strong desire to become licensed — arenaflex will guide you through the licensing process step by step.
  • Self-Motivation and Discipline: The ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and stay productive without direct supervision.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to listen actively and explain complex information in simple terms.
  • Coachability: A genuine willingness to learn, accept feedback, and implement proven systems and strategies.
  • Work Ethic: The readiness to put in consistent effort, especially during the early stages of building your business.
  • Reliable Technology: A computer, reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a headset for phone-based consultations.
  • Legal Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles (retail, hospitality, call center, or related fields).
  • Existing Life and Health Insurance License in multiple states.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, dialer systems, or virtual meeting tools.

  • Part-Time Agents: Can realistically earn $1,500 to $3,000+ per month while maintaining a flexible schedule.
  • Full-Time Agents: Can realistically earn $3,000 to $7,000+++ per month, with top performers consistently exceeding these figures.
  • Commission Structure: Up to 80% commission on most carriers, plus a robust bonus structure layered on top.
  • No Income Caps: Your earnings are not limited by quotas, salary bands, or arbitrary ceilings. The harder you work, the more you earn.
  • Daily Pay: Get paid by the carriers as policies are placed, providing consistent cash flow.
  • Health Insurance: Health insurance benefits are available for qualifying agents.
