Position Overview

The Remote Data Entry Specialist – e‑Fulfilment plays a pivotal role in reviewing, processing, and filing legal documents through arenaflex’s proprietary online platforms. This fully remote position works closely with the e‑Fulfilment and e‑Filing teams to ensure that every document is accurately entered, properly categorized, and filed in compliance with legal standards. You will be the frontline guardian of data integrity, helping our clients meet critical filing deadlines while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review incoming legal documents, emails, and scanned files for completeness and accuracy before entry.
  • Utilize arenaflex’s internal filing system and web‑based tools to upload, tag, and archive documents according to established protocols.
  • Perform routine quality‑control checks to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring that all filings meet statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the e‑Fulfilment team to resolve technical issues, share best practices, and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and knowledge‑sharing forums to stay current on industry regulations, software updates, and process enhancements.
  • Document and report any recurring errors or workflow bottlenecks to management, supporting data‑driven decision‑making.

Essential Qualifications
