[Remote] Automation National Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead the Hunt: Identify high-impact projects and unlock new customer segments while nurturing long-term partnerships
- Engineer the Sale: Collaborate with customers to design tailored automation solutions, craft compelling proposals, and drive projects from concept to completion
- Strategize for Success: Work hand-in-hand with the VP of Sales to shape and execute national sales strategies that deliver results
- Leverage the Network: Tap into Ranpak’s global footprint and internal connections to accelerate opportunities and expand your influence
- Be the Connector: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, business partners, and industry leaders—both nationally and internationally
- Own the Process: From prospecting to closing, you’ll be the team leader guiding every step of the customer journey
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of experience in automated packaging solutions
- A hunter mentality with a proven track record of closing complex sales
- Deep experience working with integrators, engineers, and operations managers
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems, CRM platforms, and project planning
- A consultative approach to selling technical, high-value solutions
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confidence and charisma across all levels—from warehouse floors to C-suites
- A passion for innovation, independence, and making things happen
