Key Responsibilities

Work Schedule & Flexibility

Our customers span multiple time zones, so we operate a flexible schedule that aligns with peak demand periods. You will work a minimum of 40 hours per week, distributed across rotating shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and national holidays. Shift patterns are designed to provide a healthy work‑life balance, with schedules published six weeks in advance. Compensation for holiday and weekend work is provided in accordance with Dutch labor regulations.
