[Remote] Consumption Project Manager

They are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Consumption Project Manager to oversee and optimize product, service, and resource utilization, bridging business operations and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects focused on product consumption, subscription lifecycle management, and usage tracking from initiation through delivery
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract consumption data, identify trends, and generate performance reports for stakeholders
• Validate consumption metrics by partnering with data and engineering teams; troubleshoot discrepancies and support UAT processes
• Act as a liaison between business, finance, and technical teams to ensure alignment on consumption data and revenue goals
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements using data insights
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related cross-functional role
• Strong SQL proficiency (SELECT, JOINs, subqueries, aggregations) with the ability to independently query relational databases
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with cloud consumption models (Azure, AWS, or GCP Cloud) or SaaS subscription metrics
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com
