[Remote] Executive Producer & Content Strategist

They are seeking an Executive Producer & Content Strategist to lead the storytelling and production strategy for their content ecosystem, driving audience growth and revenue through strategic content management across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain monthly content calendars
• Create content plans aligned with quarterly themes
• Identify content opportunities across the company
• Develop recurring content series and campaigns
• Collaborate with leadership on brand messaging
• Manage the flow of content from idea to publication
• Coordinate editors, videographers, and contractors
• Ensure content deadlines are met
• Organize content assets and footage
• Maintain content library systems
• Help maximize every piece of content we create
• Provide clear direction and content priorities that help the team execute effectively

• You have experience producing content for personal brands, creators, entrepreneurs, podcasts, or media companies
• You understand content strategy and storytelling
• You can identify compelling stories and audience opportunities
• You are highly organized and operationally strong
• You can manage multiple projects simultaneously
• You understand long-form and short-form content ecosystems
• You think in systems, not individual posts
• You take ownership and move quickly
• YouTube growth experience
• Podcast production experience
• Documentary or storytelling experience
• Experience working with founder-led brands
• Experience scaling content operations
• Experience directing editors and creative teams
