[Remote] Global Marketing Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Indotronix Avani Group is seeking a Global Marketing Specialist for a 12-month remote position. This role is vital for executing global product initiatives, ensuring high-quality marketing materials, and delivering impactful educational programs and congresses worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Enable execution of global product strategy and commercial initiatives
• Support coordination of product launches and lifecycle management activities
• Prepare materials for business reviews, strategic planning, and commercial programs
• Manage product-related documentation, samples, and field support needs
• Coordinate development, review, and deployment of marketing and sales enablement assets aligned with global campaigns
• Coordinate development, review, and deployment of marketing assets aligned with global campaigns
• Lead the internal approval process for all assets, ensuring alignment with legal, Medical Affairs and Regulatory
• Ensure strong brand consistency and compliance across regions
• Maintain and organize centralized repositories of marketing collateral
• Support localization and adaptation of assets for international markets
• Support delivery of international congresses and education initiatives
• Coordinate logistics including timelines, materials, shipping, and vendor management
• Ensure booth readiness and premium brand execution across international events
• Partner with regional teams to ensure alignment with global strategy
• Proactively identify risks and ensure seamless execution

Skills

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business, Marketing
• Minimum 2+ years of experience event planning
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a performance marketing-based role
• Minimum 5+ years of working with best-in-class reporting tools such as Tableau
• Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Contact Center technology
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, listening, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Experience with Excel, Power BI
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred to effectively support international markets and cross-regional collaboration
• Experience working with Contact Center vendors preferred
