[Remote] Financial Project Manager (W2)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is working with a Fortune 10 healthcare client seeking a Project Manager focused on Financial Tracking and Reporting. This role is critical in ensuring financial transparency, risk mitigation, and accurate reporting across a large-scale network modernization program impacting oncology and multi-specialty practices nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial tracking and reporting in large programs
- Oversee budget management and cost allocation
- Conduct variance analysis and forecasting including CapEx vs. OpEx, burn rate, EAC/ETC, accruals, and earned value
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders with minimal oversight
- Present financial information to leadership
Skills
- 6–10+ years (mid-level) experience in Project Management with financial oversight
- Experience in healthcare or large enterprise environments
- Strong experience with financial tracking and reporting in large programs
- Budget management and cost allocation
- Variance analysis and forecasting- CapEx vs. OpEx, burn rate, EAC/ETC, accruals, variance analysis, earned value
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Planview
- Advanced proficiency in Smartsheets
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, reporting)
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (executive summaries)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba
