[Remote] M&A Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is a company that is seeking an experienced M&A Project Manager to support strategic M&A integration initiatives across business and technology workstreams. The role focuses on end-to-end execution, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring successful delivery across Finance, Technology, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A integration projects from planning through delivery
• Coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Drive alignment across systems, teams, and milestones
• Track KPIs and provide visibility into program progress
• Support UAT and integration testing activities
• Partner with Finance and Procurement on vendor coordination

Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience within large programs
• Experience supporting M&A integration initiatives (strategic, not just IT)
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and drive delivery
