Essential Job Accountabilities Phone coverage. Process affiliate invoices for timely payment. Gather data from various systems for compilation into reports. Work on projects in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Compose various meeting minutes and disseminate to appropriate parties.

Requirements

Very strong system skills with emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Able to communicate directly with a variety of internal and external resources to complete multiple tasks. Able to understand confidential information and the implications of sharing such data. Excellent interpersonal skills – with emphasis on ability to communicate both verbally and in writing/email. Ability to work in a team based environment. Mental and Physical Requirements This position will be exposed mainly to an indoor office environment and will be expected to work near or around computers, telephones and printers. The nature of the work in this position is sedentary and the incumbent will be sitting most of the time. Essential physical functions of the job include typing, grasping, pulling hand over hand and repetitive motions to utilize general computer software/hardware continuously throughout the work day. Essential mental functions of this position include concentrating on tasks, reading information, and verbal/written communication to others continuously throughout the work day. Consequently, job incumbents may be asked to perform other duties as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications. Education High school diploma or GED required. Additional specialized administrative course work in office practices, management or business administration preferred. Experience Minimum 3 years increasingly responsible experience required as an administrative assistant in a medium to large corporation. Other Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
