About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our members, delivering exceptional service across multiple communication channels including email, live chat, and phone. You will assist members with a wide range of inquiries — from account management and billing questions to content recommendations and technical troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
