[Remote] Principal Consultant

They are looking for a Data Strategy Subject Matter Expert to define and drive the data strategy for an AI-powered Omnichannel Engagement ecosystem, bridging business strategy and technology to enhance customer engagement in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the Data Strategy for the Omnichannel Engagement transformation
- Assess current-state data capabilities, assets, quality, governance, and activation maturity
- Develop future-state data vision aligned with the AI-enabled Omnichannel North Star
- Define Customer 360 and Engagement Intelligence data models
- Identify critical data domains, integration priorities, and data product opportunities
- Partner with Data Architects and Engineering teams to establish scalable data foundations
- Define governance, metadata, quality, stewardship, and master data management approaches
- Enable AI, analytics, personalization, and next-best-action use cases through data readiness
- Establish KPI frameworks and measurement strategies to track business outcomes and engagement effectiveness
- Support technology evaluation and future-state MarTech/Data ecosystem decisions
- Advise executive leadership on data investment priorities, risks, and transformation opportunities
- Contribute to the creation of the multi-year Data & AI roadmap
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Data Management, Marketing Data, Customer Data Platforms, or Enterprise Analytics
- Deep understanding of customer, marketing, engagement, and commercial data domains
- Experience defining enterprise data strategies and target-state data architectures
- Strong understanding of Customer 360, Customer Intelligence, CDP, CRM, and Omnichannel ecosystems
- Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, or advanced analytics initiatives
- Ability to translate business goals into data capabilities and execution roadmaps
- Experience working across business, product, analytics, and technology teams
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Healthcare, Pharma, MedTech, or Life Sciences experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with HCP engagement data and healthcare marketing ecosystems
- Knowledge of data governance and healthcare compliance requirements
- Advanced degree in Data, Analytics, Information Management, or related discipline
