[Remote] Reflexis WFM Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GBIT (Global Bridge InfoTech Inc) is seeking an experienced Reflexis (Zebra) Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant with expertise in Workforce Scheduling and Labor Optimization solutions. The role involves supporting implementation, configuration, and enhancement activities while collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver efficient workforce management solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Zebra Reflexis WFM modules including Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Labor Forecasting
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and process improvements
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support
  • Support integrations with HR, Payroll, POS, and ERP systems
  • Develop reports, analyze workforce data, and provide operational insights
  • Participate in testing, deployments, upgrades, and user training
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize workforce planning and labor utilization

Skills

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Zebra Reflexis WFM solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Workforce Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Labor Management processes
  • Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and support
  • Understanding of retail workforce management operations
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of SQL, reporting, and system integrations
