[Remote] Senior Key Account Manager, Industry

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will drive growth in the water treatment market by managing key accounts and building strong relationships with OEM partners.
Responsibilities
- Drive market share growth by engaging OEM partners through sales calls, trainings, trade shows, and professional groups—using a Hunt and Farm approach to uncover new business and expand existing partnerships
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key decision makers at strategic accounts, ensuring Grundfos delivers maximum value across delivery, product quality, pricing, and responsiveness
- Conduct thorough due diligence on total sales opportunities within key accounts and proactively position the full range of Grundfos products and solutions
- Lead the development and growth of global agreements aligned with your focus area and key customers, in close coordination with local sales management
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage a robust sales pipeline, and deliver monthly reporting on activities, opportunities, and results
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 5+ years of relevant sales or key account management experience
- Hands-on experience in the water treatment industry, including dosing pump and disinfection equipment knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel with an active passport
- 3+ years of direct experience with dosing pump and disinfection equipment sales
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Active LinkedIn presence and strong professional networking skills
