Our Team

Our founding team brings a wealth of experience in logistics and software development from their previous roles at companies like Tesla, Walmart, and Blend. Diego, our co-CEO, successfully led his previous start-up, Carrot from ideation to acquisition in addition to leading some of Blend’s Products from Series C to its IPO, as lead product manager for AI and ML Austin, our CTO, holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford and spent 4 years as a senior software engineer building Blend. Françoise, our co-CEO, brings extensive experience in supply chain, operations, strategy and branding from companies such as Tesla, L´Oréal, LVMH and Walmart (get to know them here, here, and here). The Role You will own the full sales cycle for enterprise customers, helping us grow adoption of our platform across some of the largest importers, exporters, manufacturers, retailers, and logistics organizations in North America and Latin America. That means: Building and managing a pipeline of enterprise opportunities from prospecting through close Engaging directly with senior stakeholders across operations, supply chain, procurement, customs, logistics, and IT teams Conducting discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and business objectives Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with long sales cycles Coordinating closely with product, engineering, operations, and leadership teams throughout the sales process Delivering product demonstrations and articulating business value to prospective customers Driving commercial negotiations, procurement processes, and contract execution Maintaining accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting Operating comfortably in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities and significant autonomy

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic account development Qualify and manage leads generated by our growth leader Own opportunities from initial outreach through signed contract Conduct customer discovery meetings and product demonstrations Build relationships with decision-makers and executive stakeholders Coordinate proof-of-concepts, pilots, and customer evaluations Navigate procurement, legal, security, and commercial approval processes Collaborate with marketing and leadership on go-to-market initiatives Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline forecasting Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences Provide customer feedback and market insights to product and leadership teams Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Requirements

Proven experience selling B2B software to enterprise customers Strong prospecting and pipeline generation capabilities Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strong commercial and negotiation abilities High degree of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation Ability to operate independently with limited structure Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments English and Spanish fluency Mexico-based Bonus points if you have experience with… Supply chain, logistics, customs, freight forwarding, procurement, or trade compliance industries Selling SaaS platforms to enterprise customers in manufacturing, retail, automotive, or industrial sectors Enterprise sales in Mexico, the United States, or Latin America Working at an early-stage startup Selling AI, analytics, workflow automation, or operational software Fluency in both Spanish and English Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Attio Experience selling six-figure annual software contracts
