Key Responsibilities

- Investigate user‑submitted reports, gather evidence, and document findings in accordance with arenaflex’s moderation policies.
- Collaborate with the Community Management team to refine moderation protocols and suggest improvements based on observed trends.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor when interacting with community members, providing clear explanations for moderation decisions.
- Stay up‑to‑date with Discord’s evolving features and best practices for community safety, ensuring arenaflex remains at the forefront of moderation excellence.
- Participate in weekly moderation debriefs, sharing insights and learning from peer experiences to continuously elevate the quality of community oversight.
Essential Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid High School Diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated experience moderating online communities, preferably on Discord or similar real‑time chat platforms.
