If you are an experienced loan officer who wants to build something meaningful while keeping more of what you earn, this is where you belong. The Compensation Model You keep 100% of your self-generated commission. Every loan. No splits. No shrinking paycheck as you grow. You pay one flat fee $555 per closed loan. Built-in fairness clause if the $555 flat fee exceeds 20% of your gross commission, the fee is automatically capped. No exceptions needed. It is already written into the model. Product Platform VA Loans, FHA Loans, Conventional, Jumbo, Down Payment Assistance, DSCR, Non-QM, ITIN, Reverse Mortgage, Portfolio Loans, Bank Statement Programs, Self-Employed Borrowers Support and Technology AI-powered CRM and pipeline automation Marketing and administrative support Leadership and team-building opportunities for producing branch managers California-focused leadership with deep local market knowledge Who We Are Looking For Active California NMLS license (DRE or DFPI) Minimum 2 years of mortgage origination experience Actively originating or actively rebuilding a production pipeline Relationship-driven, with an existing referral network or a clear plan to build one Passion for serving clients in underserved and mission-aligned communities Remote-capable and self-directed — able to work independently throughout California Coachable, ethical, professional, and in it for the long term We are especially interested in producers who want to grow a team.
