Experienced Transaction Coordinator for Real Estate Wholesaling Business

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Transaction Coordinator to join our real estate wholesaling team. This role is ideal for someone who already understands real estate transactions, especially investor/wholesale deals, and can manage paperwork, communication, deadlines, and follow-ups clearly and responsibly. We are not looking for someone who simply “wants to learn.” We are looking for someone who has real experience, understands the transaction process, and can take ownership of their work. The goal is not to overload you with endless repetitive tasks, but to have a sharp, responsible Transaction Coordinator who can manage deals clearly, communicate well, and keep transactions moving smoothly. Responsibilities: Coordinate real estate wholesale transactions from contract to closing Communicate with sellers, buyers, agents, attorneys, title companies, and internal team members Track deadlines, documents, signatures, deposits, and closing timelines Organize transaction details inside CRM and automated systems Follow up with all parties to make sure the deal stays on track Review contracts and transaction documents for accuracy Help prevent delays by staying proactive and detail-oriented Requirements: Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator in real estate Experience with wholesale, investor, distressed property, or assignment transactions is strongly preferred Strong written and spoken English Very organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Clear communication style Ability to work independently and take ownership Comfortable using CRM systems, automation tools, Google Workspace, and AI-assisted workflows Ability to stay calm and clear when managing multiple moving parts Nice to Have: Experience with Podio, DocuSign, Dotloop, SkySlope, Google Sheets, Gmail, or similar tools Experience working with investors, wholesalers, closing attorneys, title companies, or real estate agents Familiarity with assignments, novations, double closings, EMD, PSA, and closing coordination Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for someone who is experienced, responsible, sharp, and clear.
