Job Overview

As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you will be responsible for supporting our healthcare client's data enrichment initiatives, contributing to our commitment to quality control. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing processes and information. You will engage in both voice and non-voice processes, handle inbound and outbound calls, verify information, and conduct data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as required, utilizing your excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and respect, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Verify information provided by third-party sources by utilizing online databases for accurate cross-verification.
  • Review and fulfill enrichment tasks as outlined by the client during training sessions, demonstrating your ability to adapt to new processes and information.
  • Conduct data entry, verify vendor resources, check board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for updates, showcasing your attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ensure the timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of all tasks, meeting the expectations of our healthcare client.
  • Be receptive to additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to grow with our organization.

Required Skills

* Willingness to participate in both voice and non-voice processes, showcasing your adaptability and enthusiasm for learning.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt and manage changes in processes and information effectively, demonstrating your flexibility and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

* Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or comparable customer service roles is preferred, but not essential.

  • Availability to commit to 40 hours per week, with the ability to start immediately, demonstrating your reliability and commitment to our organization.
  • Must possess a reliable work-from-home setup, including a stable internet connection, ensuring your ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
