Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist travelers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless travel experience. You'll be empowered to make decisions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred * 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations * Proficiency in using computers and CRM software * Ability to work independently in a remote environment
