Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of business intelligence and data science solutions. As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll work closely with cross-functional partners to decipher business goals and item requirements into actionable information resources. Your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science will enable you to create, implement, and maintain data pipelines that drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with data experts and business partners to translate business goals and item requirements into actionable information resources
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to support business intelligence and data science initiatives
- Develop and scale business intelligence examinations to address partner use cases and business needs
- Upgrade the data inventory through documentation of business rationale and data changes
- Work with data administration to implement normalization and consistency of core business metrics and aspects
- Help define and democratize our internal guidelines for code best practices, including style, readability, and effectiveness
- Create compelling self-service dashboards and investigations that produce substantial business results
Essential Capabilities
* 3+ years of significant experience in the areas of Software engineering, Data Analysis, or Data Science
- Demonstrated proficiency in using workflow management and data listing/documentation tools
- Master-level SQL/Python/R/AWS skills that enable you to seamlessly and freely extract and combine data from diverse sources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and complex information systems
Preferred Capabilities
* Academic interest in what drives the business
- Experience creating data frameworks of growing sovereignty models, promoting membership organizations, and data-driven pricing approaches
- Proficiency in data representation tools like Tableau and Microstrategy
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment
- Strong presentation skills, including storytelling with data
