The Wisemen team is looking to hire an experienced, resourceful, and inventive JavaScript Application Developer to join our team. This role will perform software application development. The platform is on a Cisco Unified Contact Center Environment, familiarity with Cisco UCCE is a plus. This role will work across multiple teams to develop an integrated solution. Responsibilities: Provide expertise in the design, development, and implementation of complex web/ mobile/ desktop applications. Highly proficient with JavaScript features. Cisco Finesse Administration and application support Gadgets, Layout, and UI Flows. Understand the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment). Have knowledge of functional programming and object-oriented programming paradigms. Use build tools, such as Webpack. Translate designer mock-ups into front-end code. Work with development teams using Agile methodologies. Participate in oral and written communications, as needed, to interface with diverse and multi-disciplinary staff. Develop software application tests and testing strategies. Script solutions to automate manual processes. Follow and instruct others on version control processes. Develop solutions to strengthen security in and around applications. Leverage application metrics to inform technical and business decisions. Analyze industry-specific requirements/technologies and provide insight. Required Skills: U.S. Citizenship is a requirement. A Bachelors degree in a related field. 5+ years’ relevant experience. Experience working with Agile methodology and phase-based delivery methods. Ability to obtain a government security clearance. Desired Skills: Experience working in large contact center environment. Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Nest.js, Stash, Git, BitBucket.
