Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all daily on-site construction activities for assigned projects. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications. Develop and implement detailed construction schedules and work plans. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. Proactively identify and resolve site-specific issues and challenges. Manage site logistics, including material delivery, equipment utilization, and temporary facilities. Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation. Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project success. Foster a positive and productive work environment on site. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred. 10+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in commercial and/or heavy construction. Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish. In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations. Experience with project management software and scheduling tools. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent.
