Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner, via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving complex customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, including flight schedules, fares, and travel options
- Processing customer transactions, including ticket sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual language skills required in some locations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass FAA background checks and obtain necessary airport security badges
- Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and fingerprinting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
