Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Cargo Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex's cargo services, providing exceptional customer experiences through direct communication with clients via phone and in-person. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and in-person, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless cargo operations, including booking, tracking, and delivery
  • Work independently to manage a high-volume workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and upholding the company's values

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early morning and evening hours

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the airline or logistics industry

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
