Inbound Sales Agent (Appointments | Remote | US Hours)

We are hiring a confident Inbound Sales Agent in South Africa to support a growing US-based healthcare team. This role focuses on speaking to warm, inbound callers and guiding them toward booking appointments with licensed medical cannabis providers. It is best suited to someone with call center or inbound sales experience who is comfortable handling live calls, building rapport quickly, and working toward clear booking targets. No prior experience in this space is required. Training is provided. You should be comfortable working in a healthcare-related environment and discussing sensitive topics professionally.

Requirements
