Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our arenaflex Customer Support Team, you will play a vital role in providing heart-driven support to our customers. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing solutions to help our customers better understand their health insurance plans. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers to help them understand their health insurance plans
  • Offer solutions to resolve customer issues and improve their overall experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing call volumes and business needs

Requirements

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Partners degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to resolve issues in a positive and professional manner
  • Open to connecting with customers in a patient and supportive way
  • Dependability and consistency with scheduling requirements
  • Ability to show empathy and compassion, and express confidence and certainty
  • Strong customer service skills, including friendly phone manners and excellent communication skills
