We’re looking for a Home-Based Global Solutions Project Coordinator to join our DCX team. In this role, you will support partner brands by coordinating projects related to global trade solutions, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. WHAT YOU WILL DO As assigned, provide coordination for projects involving Global Trade solutions through the entire project life cycle. Provide project timelines and status reports for internal and external stakeholders. Utilize strong project management skills to ensure the quality of the project deliverables, including functional specifications, global trade compliance requirements, Build relationships with partners, understand their capabilities, document their offering, and process improvement recommendations to improve quality, reduce risk, promote efficiency, and encourage compliance. Compile data to provide reporting and visual representation As an integral member of the corporate Global Trade Management team, may perform other duties on a collateral basis, as assigned by the VP of Global Sourcing, Import Compliance, and Logistics Perform tasks analogous to the foregoing. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: Associate degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade management, or equivalent experience. Experience: 1-3 years of relatable business experience and using Project Management practices. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
