Trigent Software is a leading provider of IT services and consulting, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to clients worldwide. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Support Role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to US-based candidates, effectively screening them for client's hiring requirements.
  • Utilize call-in tool to record outcomes of calls, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Motivate candidates to complete job applications and assist with scheduling and rescheduling their first day of work, ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Review application forms to ensure all details are accurately filled out by candidates.
  • Handle inbound calls and promptly resolve candidates' queries, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to candidates' queries via email and text, providing clear and concise information.
  • Resolve queries using a ticketing platform, with knowledge of ServiceNow considered an advantage.
  • Maintain a quality score of 90% and above throughout the process, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Escalate complex issues or problems and seek guidance when necessary.
  • Establish and maintain process controls, updating and validating process documentation to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, suggesting ideas to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control measures.
  • Actively participate in team building activities, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Safeguard the security and confidentiality of client data, adhering to data protection policies and guidelines.
  • Strive for customer satisfaction, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proficient in English language (both verbal and written communication skills).
  • Previous experience in a customer support role or call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively resolve queries.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms and knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues.
  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
