  • Facilitate account teams to identify actionable improvements and drive delivery of QIP tasks.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients through regular check-ins and feedback collection.
  • Develop and execute client retention strategies and risk response playbooks.
  • Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor churn rates and design measures to reduce client departures.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in client/customer success, project management, or account management.
  • Strong skills in holding internal teams accountable and managing project deliveries.
  • Excellent organizational and communication capabilities.
  • Proven analytical thinking and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to build lasting professional relationships with clients and team members.
  • Experience presenting reports to leadership.
  • High energy and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office;

Service Now and Salesforce preferred.
