As a Part-Time Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Hirevector customers, providing timely and effective support to ensure their success with our products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming requests from customers and triaging according to our Service Level Agreements
  • Escalating incidents to our Operations team to ensure prompt resolution
  • Creating tutorials, articles, and user manuals for our help center to empower customers with knowledge and self-service capabilities
  • Investigating and replicating bugs or testing new features to identify areas for improvement
  • Collecting feedback from customers and channeling it back to our product team to drive product enhancements
  • Sharing your passion for professional sports and delivering exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, with a flexible schedule to accommodate varying customer needs
  • A background in sports and/or technical support, with a strong understanding of customer-facing roles and responsibilities
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
