[Remote] Customer Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Comcast is a leading technology provider to small businesses and a top service provider to the Enterprise market. The Customer Project Manager will deliver technical knowledge and assistance to customers and internal teams for effective use of technical products, acting as a bridge between sales, engineering, and customers to resolve technical questions and enhance product performance.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical guidance to sales teams and customers during the product selection and implementation process
• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to product performance or application
• Preparing and delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to internal teams and customers
• Collaborating with engineering teams to address product-related inquiries and improve customer outcomes
• Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions, technical solutions, and product updates
• Supporting the development of training materials and resources for internal teams and customers
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 0-2 Years of relevant work experience

• Some combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience
