The Role
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for handling after-hours phone calls and scheduling appointments with customers and on-call technicians. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service, even outside of regular business hours. This role requires a high level of organization, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer after-hours phone calls and respond to customer needs via email
- Schedule appointments with customers and on-call technicians
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and account changes
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, even in high-pressure situations
- Assist with miscellaneous office duties as needed
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
Work Schedule:
This part-time dispatcher position typically works from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekends. With multiple shifts available, you'll have the flexibility to choose a schedule that suits your needs.
