Job Summary
We're seeking individuals to participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments. As a part-time Customer Service Representative Agent – Work From Home Focus Group Panelists, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and participate in online or in-person discussions. This is an excellent opportunity to earn additional income, gain valuable experience, and contribute to shaping our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Complete written and oral instructions for each panel
- Complete written surveys provided for each panel
- Use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting
- Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Participate in online or in-person discussions, as required
- Provide honest and constructive feedback on products and services
Qualifications
* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No prior customer service representative agent experience is necessary
