A bit about your work life: · Work closely with the Assistant VP of Fitness to develop both personally and professionally. · Conduct fitness assessments with clients and evaluate their goals and results. · Create personalized exercise programs for clients that include obtainable progression. · Manage client program, schedules, reminders and document exercise progress in Club Ready software. · Actively participate in weekly team meetings and best practices. · Participate in marketing strategies that will increase personal training services, attraction and retention. · Exhibit a desire for learning, research and continual growth for professional development. A bit about you:

• Seeking part-time team member with afternoon/ night availability.
• Previous experience with prospect calls.
• Previous experience with self generated outside marketing.
• 1 ? 3 years? experience preferred.
• Required, valid, current PT certifications, nationally recognized: NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE
• Bachelor's degree in related field of study, preferred.
• CPR/AED certified.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
