Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers and directing them to the proper departments when applicable.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Handling calls from Spanish-speaking customers with a high level of proficiency.
  • Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary.
  • Helping explain contract details to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Managing existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free driving experiences.
  • Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts.
  • Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner, requiring camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Fluency in speaking and reading Spanish.
  • Strong computer literacy skills.
  • Previous knowledge of a CRM system (a plus).
  • Goal-oriented with high standards for yourself and a willingness to achieve them.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasive speaking, and listening skills.
  • Ability to use good reasoning skills and adapt on the fly.
  • Great organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Knowledge of a CRM system and its applications.
  • Experience working with diverse customer bases and cultures.
