Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone. You will provide effective troubleshooting for account, billing, and streaming issues, guide members through our features, and ensure an optimal user experience. This is a perfect role for individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone

• Provide effective troubleshooting for account, billing, and streaming issues
• Guide members through arenaflex's features and ensure an optimal user experience
• Document and track customer interactions using internal systems
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems and suggest service improvements

Requirements

* Residency: Must be based in the United States

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:

+ 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related field (preferred) + Familiarity with streaming platforms or technology support (a plus)

• Skills:

+ Strong verbal and written communication + Problem-solving and multitasking abilities + Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns + Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
