Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service support to our clients while working from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting. - Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers and a confident demeanor. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to adjust content based on the audience. - Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. - A solid understanding of decision-making processes and the ability to plan effectively to meet customer needs. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
