Why You'll Love This Job

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Flight Service Administration, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Handling telephone requests and performing various duties related to planning airline steward organization obligations in both the Semi-computerized Business Exploration Climate (Saber) and Team Movement Global positioning framework (Felines)
  • Understanding and explaining arrangements and procedures as per the AA/APFA Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement
  • Managing a high volume of calls, communicating with various departments, including airline stewards, different levels of management, and the association addressing airline stewards
  • Reporting conversation records with accuracy and as soon as possible
  • Providing consistent and clear information to clients and understanding issues presented on the telephone and furnishing solutions as per policy and procedure

Key Responsibilities

* Handle telephone requests and perform various duties related to planning airline steward organization obligations

Favored Capabilities

* Education and earlier professional training

  • Experience working with a provisional work group and knowledge of the airline steward JCBA
  • Past call center/contact center experience
  • Skills, Licenses, and Certifications:

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office + Knowledge in Saber, DECS, and RES + Ability to make independent decisions and collaborate with director and colleagues + Willing and able to work additional hours to address operational issues + Willing and able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays + Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the organization
