Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance. You will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting customers with account-related questions, claims, benefits, and general inquiries
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution
  • Utilizing company systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively address customer needs

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner

  • Assist customers with account-related questions, claims, benefits, and general inquiries
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution
  • Utilize company systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively address customer needs

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
