Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages on behalf of companies, providing timely and accurate assistance to customers

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through empathetic and professional communication
  • Utilize comprehensive training to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (live chat, phone, or in-person)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and familiarity with keyboard shortcuts
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

Preferred Qualifications:
