Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Program Manager to join our Customer Service Operations team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving high-visibility programs that directly impact the customer experience globally. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering complex projects and programs, from inception to execution, and will be recognized as a thought leader and innovator within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute complex, business-critical projects from start to finish, driving and shaping the overall program's strategy and roadmap.

  • Define business and system requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute project plans, securing resources and overseeing execution to deliver high-quality results.
  • Clearly communicate objectives, roles, responsibilities, and expected outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical groups, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with program goals.
  • Support partner teams to refine processes and increase efficiency in line with program objectives.
  • Engage with partners across various geographies and time zones to drive program success.
  • Make informed trade-offs to enhance time-to-market in consultation with partners.
  • Manage multiple internal and external, cross-functional and remote partners.
  • Foster change processes related to program rollout and ongoing support.
  • Track delivery against program targets and implement recommendations to improve program services and efficiencies.
  • Ideate and drive critical change across the broader WWCP team.

Essential Capabilities

* 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

  • 3+ years of group management experience.
  • 3+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to identify improvements.

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting results to senior leadership.

  • Experience in process improvement and change management.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in working with agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.
