As Content Developer, you'll create innovative educational resources and trainings for KinderCare Learning Center’s teachers, with a strong focus on culture and connection. This role involves collaboration with the Education Content team and cross-functional departments to develop high-quality, impactful professional development content for teachers of infants to elementary age children.

Requirements:

  • Develop and craft high-quality, engaging learning materials and trainings for educators. Generate innovative ideas and solutions based on field needs and opportunities.
  • Adhere to the department style guide and ensure all content is copyedited and clean.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and represent the Educational Content team in corporate initiatives.
  • Engage in early childhood education professional development to improve skills and innovative thinking.
  • Report on timelines and results to the Professional Development Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or Elementary Education required; Master’s preferred.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills with self-editing ability.
  • Ability to run projects from concept to implementation and develop resources for diverse audiences and purposes.
  • Experience teaching in a child care setting, understanding of curriculum design, expertise in adult learning principles,
  • Growth mindset, willing to learn various delivery methods and technology platforms for digital content delivery.
  • Proactive, flexible, and responsive to timelines.
