As a Charge Entry Representative Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of department employees. This is a remote position.  What you’ll do:
  • Oversee daily charge entry operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely claim submission
  • Manage and develop Client Bill Associates through coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • Monitor workloads, work queues, and SLA performance to maintain balance and meet deadlines
  • Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing in accordance with contracts, policies, and quality standards
  • Review and resolve complex or escalated billing issues, ensuring clear client communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Implementation, Client Success) to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Maintain strong client relationships through calls, escalations, and consistent service delivery
  • Oversee client portal usage, ensuring team and client proficiency
  • Analyze trends, risks, and performance metrics; prepare reports and recommend process improvements
  • Support new client onboarding and ensure smooth billing integration
What you’ll bring to Zotec:
  • Management experience in a healthcare billing or revenue cycle setting required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Superior judgment, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization
  • Excellent written communications and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Experience analyzing necessary claim filing components and understanding trends
  • Analytical skills and ability to work in a strategic role with the executive team
  • Ability to manage day to day employee interactions and workflow
