Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
  • Entering application and enrollment information into our web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for our programs over the phone
  • Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in our rules and guidelines, as well as other related program policies
  • Providing clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of our program requirements
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to customers and colleagues
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A background and drug screening will be required
  • Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment

  • Knowledge of our programs and services, or a willingness to learn and develop this knowledge
  • Experience working with diverse populations and communities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
