Your Role at arenaflex

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that customers can trust. You'll provide personalized support and solutions that meet each customer's unique needs, educate clients on products and services, and identify opportunities for upselling based on value. You'll also troubleshoot issues with patience, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset, follow up with leads, and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that customers can trust through phone, email, and chat

  • Provide personalized support and solutions that meet each customer's unique needs
  • Educate clients on products and services while identifying opportunities for upselling based on value
  • Troubleshoot issues with patience, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset
