Role: Functional Business Analyst Bill Rate: $83/hour C2C Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months/ long-term Interview Criteria: Telephonic + Skype Direct Client Requirement Job Details Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and other elicitation techniques - Create clear and concise business process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flows, and user guides - Produce high-quality technical writing, such as functional specifications, system documentation, and knowledge base articles - Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand complex systems and processes - Develop visual diagrams and process flows using tools like Visio or draw.io to facilitate understanding - Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems and processes - Support agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, using tools like Jira - Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of ServiceNow IT support and knowledge base systems - Conducts analyses and prepares reports that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations. - Conducts quantitative research to support small to medium special projects. - Assists with process design and modification for continuous business improvements. - Resolve or work directly with business and technology teams to remove roadblocks. - Provide accurate status reporting and tracking. - Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and comply with change management processes.
